You have 30 days from the start date of your first contract to elect or decline coverage in our benefit system. Coverage begins on the 1st of the month after you’ve worked for 60 days. Options are available for single and family coverage. Benefit changes can be made during the yearly open enrollment period, or at the time of a Qualifying Event.
You’re eligible for enrollment after 12 months from your date of hire AND when you’ve worked 1,000 hours in the 12 months. Automatic enrollment at 3% contribution begins the quarter after 12 months from date of hire for eligible employees. WunderLand matches 33% up to 6% per pay period. That means for every dollar you contribute to the plan, WunderLand will contribute 33 cents up to the first 6% of your pay.
Once you meet the eligibility requirements, you will receive a welcome packet from Wells Fargo during the open enrollment period. It will contain information on the 401(k) plan, funds available, and enrollment forms. If you do not wish to contribute, you must log into Wells Fargo and opt out of participation.
Work 2,000 hours in a consecutive 12-month period and you receive a bonus check for 40 hours at your current pay rate.
If you work less than 40 hours a week, the reward reflects the total amount of daily hours averaged over a full week at the current rate.
Work 2,000 hours from your most recent hire/rehire* date and work at least 1 hour during the week of the holiday, and you receive 8 hours at your current rate of pay. The Holiday Reward applies to the following holidays in a calendar year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
*Rehire: if you are unemployed for 45 days, you will be given a new hire date.
