At the same time, the employee will perform like one of your everyday team members, carrying out the job based on your direction. When your company selects a permanent employee, that person is added to your company payroll and receives health insurance and workplace benefits from you. We maintain communication with all our talent to check in on their performance and job satisfaction.

A: Following the end of each pay period, you will receive an email reminding you to log in to approve the time card. The contractor must submit his or her hours by noon every Monday, and the client or hiring manager must review and approve these hours by 10 a.m. that Tuesday. Our dedicated team of payroll professionals can be flexible with invoicing and is available to answer questions and address concerns.
