JOB TITLE: Senior Healthcare Marketing Director

LOCATION: New Hyde Park, NY (3 days a week onsite)

ROLE TYPE: full-time/direct hire

COMPENSATION: $170k-$180k + an amazing benefit package.

Responsibilities:

• This person will oversee the product marketing vertical for three of the hospital system’s largest service lines as they each shift positions to align more with the title of institute.
• Requires a strategic leader who can help shape and influence how the hospital system sells the right products, who they sell them to, when the right time to sell would be, and highlight the key differentiators.
• You will be managing the existing Product Marketing but also be the lead driver in the redefining of these service lines’ marketing strategy.
• Understanding of how to commercialize medical service lines and product offerings (including what is needed to launch new products and competitive analysis).
• Working with executives, leading conversations with senior leadership regarding business challenges (where are the gaps, what are the numbers saying, what needs to be strengthened, etc..) and potential strategic approaches.
• Management of three direct reports (with teams beneath each of them.

Requirements:

• 12-15 years’ experience acting as a marketing leader within a healthcare provider or translatable industry.
• Professional knowledge of Cancer, Ortho, or Transplant (do not need to have all three).
• Experience working with executive leadership.
• Exemplary relationship management skills.
• Experience leading marketing strategies.
